Great until it isn't

"fragile light that is great as long as it lasts"

Not all strobes work

"The fast blinking pattern turns off after 15 minutes or so. Only the steady or normal strobe work as intended. Changed battery and still same behavior. Wish the quality of the electronics were better tested."

Jair A. (2/5)

Fit Lazer helmet z1

I love the concept and

"I love the concept and the light is bright but I’m concerned about breaking the plastic Mudcap when changing the battery. It’s very difficult to access the light once it’s installed."

Jeff S. (4/5)

Concerns over longevity

"The installation of the light into the transparent plastic arm that slots into my Lazer Z1 helmet was straightforward and works perfectly well. My concern is that I notice a small retention clip on the transparent plastic arm (the mudcap) is under tension. I suspect in time that this will crack and the light will fall out. Hopefully the battery can be changed in the future without having to remove the light from the mudcap arm because that could exacerbate the problem."

Beautiful and perfect

"Perfect fit, beautiful and safety light. Very happy. Love it."

Q&A

Follow up...only 37 hours on runtime. Is it really only 1.5 full days before battery replacement is required? That seems crazy short; I'll replace the battery several times per month.
37 hours of continuous run time sounds about right. As far as bicycle lights are concerned, this is an extremely long time. One source for detailed info on various bicycle light run times is https://ridersrundown.com/how-long-do-bike-lights/. There are probably others.
What do you do when the battery dies, how do you replace it? How long does the battery last?
Hello Tina, it uses a CR2032 button battery that is replaceable. Runtime is about 37 hours.
