Enhanced Impact Protection

Ride with confidence knowing that you’re backed by Lazer's patented KinetiCore technology. Equipped with EPS foam layers designed to crumple on impact, direct and rotational forces are absorbed in the event of a crash, offering better protection where it matters most. EN 1078 certified for use with skateboard or in-line skating.

Integrated rotational impact protection

KinetiCore Controlled Crumple Zones absorb the force of both direct and rotational impacts in the event of a crash to re-direct energy away from your head, protecting you when you need it most.

ASTM certified

This helmet is ASTM certified. This standard features a lower test line on the sides and back of the helmet than most other helmet standards.

Sustainable construction

Maze KinetiCore is made up of interlocking components by use of the patented Lazer EcoLoc. Its zero-glue construction enables the user to easily disassemble the helmet at the end of its lifecycle.

Winter kit compatible

Face the cold head-on by equipping the Winter Kit (sold separately) for added warmth.

4-star protection rating

This helmet scores a high 4-star protection rating from Virginia Tech, which uses the STAR evaluation system to determine the helmet’s ability to reduce linear acceleration and rotational velocity of the head resulting from a range of impacts a cyclist might experience. 4-star indicates a “Very Good” rating. Virginia Tech recommends the use of any 4- or 5-star rated helmet.
